How do I tell my eight-year-old and six-year-old we’re getting a divorce?

It has been 399 days since I told my husband I wanted a divorce (for the second time), 320 days since I moved into an apartment, and 135 days since the divorce was finalized.

My only regret is that I waited so long to do it.
